Règles de l’art can assist with dispute resolution regarding fake

or misattributed works of art, the negotiation of contracts to protect

parties to a transaction, or the adoption of guidelines for publishing

catalogues raisonnés or issuing certificates of authenticity.

Representative Mandates

• Represented the succession and foundation of internationally renowned artists with respect to the authentication of the artists’ works and the issuance of certificates of authenticity.
