Norval Morrisseau File

  • Represented Confederation College (Thunder Bay) in the context of a litigation regarding the ownership of two stolen Norval Morrisseau works, which resolved by way of a restitution of the paintings to the college.

17th Century Master File:

  • Negotiated the restitution of, and obtained the export permit for, a portrait by a major 17th century artist.

​Persepolis bas-relief File

  • Advised a museum with respect to a multi-jurisdictional dispute regarding the ownership of a 5th Century bas-relief originating from Persepolis.

Les Otages File

  • Provided counsel in a litigation before the Court of Appeal of Quebec regarding the ownership of a stolen painting.
